Administrative Guidelines: APPENDIX C

      THE PUDU ROTARY CLUB SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION GRANT
      

1.  The capitalised sum is RM253,972.63 which includes:-
       i.   The RM10,000.00 AIA Endowment Fund
       ii.  The RM1,800.00 Henry Woon Scholarship Fund
       iii. The RM1,800.00 PP Choo Jee Sam Scholarship Fund
       iv.  The RM1,500.00 PP Khoo Boo Khean Scholarship Fund
       v.   The RM1,500.00 Lee Suan Sim Scholarship Fund 
    Only the interest of the capitalised sum shall be given out.

2.  The  scholarship is for all secondary school students (except 
    Forms III and VI) in the Pudu Terrirory.

3.  All applicants must submit in the forms provided by the  Pudu 
    Rotary   Club  together  with  the  approval  of  the  school 
    principal or teacher.

4.  The  sum for each scholarship shall vary between RM120.00 and 
    RM150.00 per student annually.

5.  The  scholarship  will  be  paid to the  school  account  and 
    disbersed  by  their  respective  teachers-in-charge  to  the 
    successful  students.  A  report must then be  given  to  the 
    Scholarship Committee Chairman of the Pudu Rotary Club of the 
    disbersement.

6.  Each student must write at least one letter to the sponsor of 
    the  scholarship irrespective of that the sponsor is local or 
    from overseas.
